Course Goals
This course is designed to provide students with basic principles and practical skill sets in understanding the various cultures that make up the global field of study of the 21st century. Students will learn the 'cultural expertise' approach to transform the diverse challenges of today's interconnected global business world into success. This approach is an effective method for resolving cultural differences between individuals and their impact on different organizational cultures. Participations in this course will learn strategies to ensure diversity both within their own organizations and across international organizations.

Program Outcomes
PO-1Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in related disciplines (such as economics, sociology, psychology, quantitative sciences, etc.) that form a foundation for business administration, and makes use of and applies them to the field of business.

PO-3Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in business functions and management (such as management, production, marketing, accounting, finance, human resources, behavioural sciences, etc.) and interprets the theoretical arguments focusing on interactions between the actors and the cultures in the field.
