Course Goals Basic knowledge about retailing management. Relating the retailing marketing and other management functions such as HR, finance, purchasing and so. Examining the marketing mix elements within the frame of the retailing industry. Examining the retailing specific jobs such as the location selection, store atmospherics and so on. Multi-channel retailing with a special emphasize on the Internet retailing. Highlighting the close relation between the technology and retailing business within the frame of the Internet retailing, CRM and supply chain management.
Prerequisite(s) Principles of Marketing course has to be achieved.
