Program Outcomes
PO-1Demonstrates a basic level of understanding in related disciplines (such as economics, sociology, psychology, quantitative sciences, etc.) that form a foundation for business administration, and makes use of and applies them to the field of business.

Learning Outcomes
LO-1To provide students with basic information about organizational theories, organizational structures and organizational processes.
LO-2To ensure that students acquire knowledge and develop skills on the basic elements of organizational structures, conditions of effective organization, structural design options and requirements.
LO-3To help students familiarize themselves with the various dimensions of the organizational structure and factors such as size, technology, environment, goals, strategies and culture that affect the structural features of the organization, and to acquire knowledge and skills on how to use them as future managers.
LO-4Comparing the theories with each other and comparing them by showing their superiority or weaknesses.
