Provide wide outlook and independent research ability for geotechnical research with following last technological developments and it brings making interpretation with these properties.

It is required to have a Bachelor degree and score higher than 55.00 quantitative points from Selection Examination for Academic Personnel and Graduate Studies (ALES) for application to Geotechnical Master Program (with thesis). Science Exam/Oral Interview and English Proficiency Test are done before the admission to the program. They are evaluated as following and program application date is declared by the university.

ALES Quantitative Points : 50%

Undergraduate GPA : 10%

English Proficiency Test : 5%

Science Exam/Oral Interview : 35%

Students are required to fulfil at least 63 ECTS credits with compulsory lectures defined in the program and complete Seminar lecture. The Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) shall be minimum 2.70 over 4.00 to be successful and to complete the program. After these requirements are met, graduate education is completed by presenting the Seminar and Thesis studies, which continue under the supervision of the program coordinator, in front of the academic jury related to the field of study.
