Learning Outcomes
LO-1LO-1 Have necessary information regarding general principles of law of notification.
LO-2LO-2 Have necessary knowledge to determine where and to whom the notification shall be done and the have the ability to preevent the delay due to invalid notification.
LO-3LO-3 Have knowledge to determine whom the notification shall be done and have the ability to make objection due to invalid notification.
LO-4LO-4 Have necessary knowledge regarding possibilities of validiation of invalid notification.
LO-5LO-5 Have knowledge about announcement of notification, to apply in cases the drawee's adress can not be determined.
LO-6LO-6 Have the ability to determine the actual problems of either domestic or international notification.
