Program Objectives
Establishment objective of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School of Justice is to educate qualified intermediary manpower needed by various units of Ministry of Justice and to provide in-service training to staff employed in the Ministerial Organization. Affairs will proceed faster and more favorably with vocational college graduates employed in our country’s court house organization who received legal education in units called “office” in magistracy and prosecution units. Our Vocational School of Justice aims to make contribution to administer justice in our country by educating qualified individuals having fundamental legal knowledge of all sectors especially the judicial organization in the light of contemporary and universal values, having theoretical infrastructure, knowing the practice, following up technology, respecting human rights as a requirement of democratic and social law state and acting by observing fundamental values of our state.
EstablishmentThe undergraduate programme of the Department of English Language and Literature admits 50 students every year based on the results of the Central Placement Examination administered by ÖSYM.

Double Major–Minor Programs
InternshipStudents of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School of Justice can do optional internships pursuant to rules stipulated in the Instructions of Internship of Istanbul Kültür University. Internships shall be fulfilled in judicial, administrative, military, juridical departments of Ministry of Justice and legal services of banks and public notaries.
Graduation RequirementsEach student enrolled in the programme gains right to graduate with a minimum of ECTC credit and a minimum 2.00/4.00 GNO (General Average Score)
International Cooperations
Occupational Profiles Of Graduates
Graduates of Vocational School of Justice may be employed for duties such as chief clerk, court clerk, principal clerk, bailiff or director in the organization of Ministry of Justice and director, guardian in administrative staff of prisons. Furthermore, graduate may also find employment opportunities in legal services of various public institutions and private establishments of banking and finance sector. Graduates of vocational college of justice may be also employed as lawyer’s assistant or pursuance clerk in law offices. In addition to the mentioned business lines, graduates of Vocational School of Justice may serve in many public institutions and bodies by succeeding Public Personnel Selection Examination.
Access to Further Studies
Students graduated from Vocational School of Justice may enroll in faculties of law through External Transfer Examination as well as will have the opportunity to enroll in Anadolu University Public Administration Department without any examination.
Departmental Facilities
Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School of Justice started its academic life in Şirinevler Campus. Lecture theatres, classrooms, court room, computer labs, library and all equipment required for a modern education are available in the Campus.
Program Activities
Education in Vocational School of Justice is not given just in theory but also application-oriented information is provided by fictional hearing contests implemented in court room located in the campus. Students and judicial members are gathered together through organized conferences and seminars.
