Course Goals
The course purposes to teach the students the classification of judicial organization, legal regulations of judicial organization related to processes of law clerks, rules related to registers and files, forms of correspondence and processes of clerks, duties of the clerks. By doing so, students will get the ability to criticize and use the subjects below into concrete issues.
