Course Goals
 In the paper law course, the basic concepts are defined and the general principles and theories that dominate the negotiable instrument law in this frame will be examined in detail and principles and rules related to the negotiable instrument law will be taught. It is also aimed to gain the ability of solving the problems by showing examples of solutions for solving the legal problems that may be encountered in this area.

Learning Outcomes

LO-3The basic principles of the negotiable instrument will have knowledge about the types, legal qualifications, turnover and types.

LO-5It has the ability to distinguish between the bill of exchange and the elements of the policy, bonds and checks, and to understand and evaluate the concrete problems associated with it.
