Dersin Amacı
This course is desined to provide an in depth look at some of the major topics of interest in contemporary organizational behavior, with a primary focus on individual and collective processes. Drawing on theory and research in psychology, social psychology and organizational behaviour, individual, interpersonal and group processes will be explored.
