Course Goals It is impossible to isolate a countrys national media from the globalizing world. For this reason the clumsy situation and the technical, ethical, global and occupational problems of the Turkish television structure should be changed to compete with globalizing world’s problems. Although the technology in Turkish media has reached western countries’ standarts, the content has not reached to this level. Especially well educated people are required to compete with indepent and prompt broadcast of European and American media. Since this is possible with equipping students with the general knowledge of 21st century and educating students that will serve humanity, this course aims to educate students having all these qualifications.
