The objective of the information technology law course is to ensure knowledge in the crimes committed in information technology field and the methods of fighting against those crimes; especially the regulation of internet publishing and the fight against the crimes committed via internet publishing in regards with the code no. 5651; and in the fields of intellectual property, regulations of the protection of personal data, contracts signed via internet, and personal rights in regards with internet.
